Mighty Wilder Kaiser mountain range

The scenic valley floor of Söll can be found right in-between the Northern limestone Alps and the slate peaks of the Kitzbühel Alps. A top modern 8-person gondola takes mountain fans from the village of Söll right to the peak of Hohe Salve, a perfect starting point for exploring this superb winter wonderland: the giant Wilder Kaiser – Brixental ski area is known as a real winter sport paradise full of superlatives. What's best, this is Austria's biggest interconnected ski area with some 279 slope kilometers - 225 of them are covered with artificial snow-making systems. 90 mountain lifts and gondolas give access to the ski region where skiers and snowboarders will enjoy the ski holiday of their lifetime. About 70 mountain huts and inns are spread over the ski area, serving homemade delights and fine schnaps – one of the countless culinary attractions in Söll.
